You’ll be great on our LPN/RN team because you have:

  • Current license as a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or RN - Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri.
  • Vaccination against COVID-19 (or a willingness to get it)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Duties and Responsibilities for LPN Licensed Practical Nurse:

  • Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
  • You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
  • You create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
  • Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
  • Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data
  • Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
  • Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician
