Warrior Services Company provide Durable Medical Equipment, Mobility, and Access services to the federal government and commercial customers in different parts of the country, providing Home Medical Equipment (HME) and Services consisting of all types of DME, Home Oxygen Services, Sales and Repairs of Complex Rehab Power Mobility Devices to the Department of VA and other Federal Agencies.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Coordinator in North Wichita, KS who can effectively manage the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and timely dispatch of a diverse range of products. It will be your responsibility to ensure that productivity targets are met, and all warehouse processes run smoothly and promptly. This position entails overseeing all warehouse duties in our facility. Additionally, you will work with a team of 3 delivery drivers who make 2-6 stops per day. It's important to note that we are a government contractor providing durable medical equipment services to the Department of Veteran's Affairs.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist warehouse manager in implementing company policies and vision
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
  • Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization
  • Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with warehousing, handling, and shipping regulations
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
  • Monitor service quality and gather feedback
  • Perform other assigned duties as required

Skills:
  • Proficient in warehouse management procedures and best practices
  • Familiarity with warehouse and inventory software
  • Demonstrated ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Sound knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
  • Strong leadership skills and capability to manage staff

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma – Required
  • Warehouse Operations Experience - 1 to 3 years required
  • Warehouse Inventory Control - 1 to 3 years required
  • SalesForce CRM software - 1 to 3 years preferred
  • Forklift experience - preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check

Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to frequently lift and move items of various weight and sizes.

Job Type:

Salary:
  • $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
