  • Earn up to $45+/hr, depending on experience and location

WHAT WE DO
  • Maintenance, such as changing oil or oil/fuel filters, inspecting vehicles for mechanical deficiencies, checking battery, auxiliary pumps and engines, tire pressures, headlights, and lubricating equipment.

  • Diagnose, adjust, and repair electrical/brake/cooling systems, hydraulic systems, starters/alternators, air conditioning systems, fan clutches, engine electronics, power steering systems, engines (gas and diesel), transmissions (manual and automatic), clutches, and/or differentials.

  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and vendors.

  • Maintain safety culture and compliance.

  • Purchase and retrieve parts.

  • Maintain company-issued service truck.

  • Utilize relevant information technology and applications for documenting work.

What’s Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required. Candidate must hold a valid state-of-residence driver’s license, be able to obtain and maintain their Driver Qualification File.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Diesel Technician on Class 6-8 types of vehicles.

  • Ability to work flexible hours according to customer needs.

  • Proficiency in using information technology, including mobile devices and other appropriate technology.

  • A current and valid DOT medical card with more than four (4) months remaining until its expiration may be submitted in leu of a DOT physical. If the DOT medical card has four (4) months or less of validity remaining, a DOT physical will be required.
