Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment, specifically within a Pharmacy setting. This role involves engaging with customers, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
  • Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring products are readily available for customers.
  • Assist in supervising the sales team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Utilize phone etiquette to address customer calls professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales or Pharmacy environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations.
  • Ability to manage stock levels and assist in inventory management.
  • Experience in supervising staff or leading a team is a plus.
  • A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
