Sales Operations Coordinator

Overview:
A growing technology company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support a dynamic sales team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring operational efficiency and delivering a seamless experience for both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to a 12-person sales team
  • Maintain and update client records and sales data in the CRM system
  • Monitor sales pipeline for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requests and manage timelines
  • Track order status, shipping, and delivery updates
  • Assist with meeting scheduling, presentation preparation, and reporting
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives, including event logistics and materials coordination
  • Generate weekly performance scorecards and KPIs
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Infor, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in technology, telecommunications, or related industries
  • Familiarity with order management workflows
  • Experience creating and analyzing sales performance reports

Location: Lakeville, MN (Hybrid - In-office Wednesdays and Thursdays)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (core hours with some flexibility)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $55,000-$75,000 annually
