As part of our family, you'll support our reputable, well-known client as a Team Lead. We will get you up to speed quickly with our online training and learning materials. Share our opportunities with your friends and family <br><br></li></ul><strong>What You'll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support, train, and lead our Grocery Stockers. </li><li>Unload product from pallets and stock onto designated shelf location. </li><li>Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and personnel. </li><li>Unload/load product in the backroom and dispose of trash as needed. </li><li>Report service visits through a mobile application. <br><br></li></ul><strong>What We're Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li>Workdays vary by location. Most are Monday-Friday. Some require weekend availability. </li><li>Must be 18 years of age or older. </li><li>Must be comfortable using and downloading applications to a smart device. </li><li>Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs on occasion. </li><li>Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism. </li><li>Supervisory, management, or leadership experience is required. </li><li>Bilingual in both Spanish and English is a plus! <br><br></li></ul>At <strong>CROSSMARK</strong> , we keep things simple: we help consumer brands succeed in retail.
