Position Overview:
The Warehouse & Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for performing a mix of hands-on warehouse duties and administrative tasks. This role ensures accurate receiving, tracking, and handling of inventory while supporting commercial operations through data entry, reporting, and client coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires both physical and clerical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Duties:

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments.
  • Forklift commercial goods on / off trailers.
  • Track inventory levels and update warehouse management systems.
  • Assist in organizing, labeling, and storing products for easy retrieval.
  • Support loading and unloading of shipments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Administrative Duties:

  • Enter and manage data related to shipments, inventory, and client orders.
  • Assist in commercial coordination and communication with clients and vendors.
  • Generate and maintain reports on inventory, shipments, and operations.
  • Support scheduling, documentation, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, business, or administration is a plus.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations and/or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with computers and data entry systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
