Alba Wine and Spirits Warehousing and Distribution is a 3PL company that specializes in warehousing and transporting to retailers located in the New Jersey and New York metro areas. Alba’s warehouse operates in over 400,000 square feet of warehouse space offering ambient, temperature control, high value and bonded storage. Within the warehouse there are various departments hard to work to support our customers including: Receiving, Inventory, Quality Control, Shipping, Customer Service, IT, Accounting and Dispatch.

The Retail Department, also known as Outbound is responsible for preparing and organizing outgoing shipments of bottles to customers.

Retail Picker Duties:

Operate PIT machinery - Cherry/Order Picker

Use of RF scanners to perform warehouse tasks.

Follow all company safety rules, policies, and standard operating procedures.

Meet productivity and accuracy performance goals on a daily basis.

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Retail Picker Position Requirements:

Previous PIT experience is a must.

Previous warehouse, distribution, or order-picking experience

Standing for several hours, reach, turn, squat and lift up to 50 plus lbs

Comfortable working on feet for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work in varying temperatures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
