About the position

The Senior Manager, Cyclical Talent Strategies at lululemon is a pivotal role within the Talent Activation team, focusing on the development and implementation of talent activation programs across corporate and field populations. This position involves leading a team to enhance core talent programs, such as promotions processes and succession planning, while also improving access to talent data. Responsibilities

  • Create, communicate, and own Talent Activation programs globally, including conducting needs analysis and reporting on existing programs.

  • Contribute to the creation, implementation, and management of Talent Activation programs to achieve strategic business initiatives.

  • Partner with People & Culture and business leaders to define a long-term talent strategy, identifying critical jobs and talent gaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.

  • 7+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment, including roles in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and/or Project Management.
  • ,
  • Experience leading a team, including coaching, development, performance management, and engagement.
