As a vital part of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for resolving inquiries efficiently, accurately, and professionally, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the high standards of care and quality that Chewy is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a prompt and courteous manner.

  • Provide support regarding orders, shipping, returns, product details, and account information.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chewys products, policies, and promotions.
