Job Responsibilities:? Lead brand strategic development efforts.? Evolve and then activate a compelling and differentiated Brand Strategy designed to help drive increased Brand Awareness, Consideration and Preference.? Craft a marketing strategy based on data and deep consumer insights, and then translate that strategy into an actionable and achievable operating plan that includes clear objectives and measurable targets.? Manage a balanced macro channel marketing strategy and work with the team to scale channel-specific strategies and operating plans.? Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.? Ensure rigorous control over all marketing-related data, analysis, and metrics.? Work closely with finance and fulfillment on forecasting and planning the growth. Your Experience:? 12+ years of business experience, with at least 10 years of relevant marketing experience.? Experience with $100M-200M+ yearly revenue DTC e-commerce brands.? A strong brand builder and storyteller with strong creative acumen.? Significant brand marketing experience: Influencers, Emails, PR, Partnerships, Podcasts, TV, Flyers, Magazines and so on.? Comfortable managing a team that oversees traditional performance marketing channels like Meta, YouTube, Google SEM, Google SEO.? Strong influencer and relationship builder with internal and external influencers.? Experience operating in the Home Decor segment (or a passion for Home Decor) is a strong plus.? Experience managing a team of 7+ marketers.? Data-driven, with experience operating with an agile, test/learn/iterate operating mindset.? Ability to forecast demand and make financial projections. Plan the strategy as far as 1 year in advance.? Pragmatic problem solver with the ability to excel in a fast-paced startup atmosphere.? Ability to be hands on executor on certain projects.?
