Solventum is seeking Packaging Operator candidates to join our team in Flemington NJ!
- Shifts: 1st (7:00am-3:00pm), 2nd (3:00pm-11:00pm) and 3rd (11:00pm-7:00am) shifts
- Shift assignment will be made at time of offer based on availability.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Packaging Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Understanding and following department general standard operating procedures and standard operating procedures, product standards, process standards and test standards as required
- Counting or weighing items as required
- Checking quality of items according to visual standards
- Packaging test pack products to include counting and collating, wrapping and case packing of test packs
- Catching and stacking laminated sheets from the laminator auto-cutter
- Understanding and following lot numbering systems and component segregation
- Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
- Ability to work weekends, overtime, or holidays as needed
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Six (6) months to one (1) year of manufacturing experience
- Basic math, ability to count quickly and correctly
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail

The starting rate of pay for this position is $21.50/hour, with the potential for future increases. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
