Primary Responsibilities:

- Supporting the Store Manager with all operational and leadership facets of the store
- Boosting sales and assuring customer satisfaction
- Providing training and guidance to store associates
- Assisting in the upkeep of store appearance and merchandising standards
- Overseeing inventory and handling logistics

Preferable Experience and Skills:

- A minimum of 2 years in retail sales or customer service is required.
- Prior supervisory experience is beneficial, but not mandatory.
- Availability to work flexible work schedules, inclusive of nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Robust leadership skills and customer management abilities
- A service-oriented attitude coupled with a comprehensive understanding of fundamental business management procedures
