Job Title: Material Handler/Yard Coordinator (1st Shift: 7AM-3:30PM)

Pay: $19-22 p/h (based on experience)

Full -Time Permanent Position

Location: Pipersville, PA

Responsibilities:

  • Unload deliveries from vendor trucks
  • Assist with loading materials onto drivers’ trucks
  • Organize and store pipe materials, tagging when necessary
  • Maintain a neat and orderly pipe yard
  • Keep pre-fabrication areas stocked with pipe, pipe racks, crates, and other materials
  • Remove completed products and excess materials from pre-fab areas
  • Empty trash and scrap dumpsters regularly
  • Ensure the yard—including the stone yard—is clean, safe, and well-organized
  • Prioritize support for shop operations
  • Provide assistance in the warehouse as needed

Requirements:

  • Must be certified to operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and Lull telehandlers.
  • Must have 1-3 Years experience in similar position.
  • Ability to physically lift heavy materials
  • Dexterity: Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to stand for 90% of the day
  • Ability to work with ongoing exposure to loud noise
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Sound judgment and critical thinking
  • Highly reliable and punctual
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn
  • Team player with ability to work well with others
