<strong>Company: Grady Rentals LLC<br><br></strong><strong>Job Type: Full-Time<br><br></strong><strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong>Grady Rentals LLC is seeking a hardworking and reliable <strong>General Laborer</strong> to join our <strong>Oil Field Rental and Containment Division</strong>. The General Laborer will assist the <strong>Containment Crew</strong> in various tasks, including equipment cleaning, shop maintenance, equipment delivery, and driving crew members to job sites. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Assist Containment Crew: Support the crew in setting up, maintaining, and removing containment systems at job sites.</li><li>Transport Crew & Equipment: Drive the containment crew to and from job locations safely and efficiently.</li><li>Equipment Cleaning: Wash and maintain company equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition.</li><li>Shop Maintenance: Keep the shop organized and clean, disposing of waste properly and ensuring tools and equipment are stored correctly.</li><li>Deliver Equipment: Transport equipment and materials to and from various job sites as needed.</li><li>Follow Safety Regulations: Adhere to all safety procedures, company policies, and industry regulations.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications & Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old</li><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required)</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions</li><li>Previous experience in oilfield services, general labor, or industrial work is a plus</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions</li><li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong><ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Opportunities for overtime</li><li>Health and safety training provided</li><li>Career growth opportunities within the company</li></ul>
