Company Overview
Eat My Face is a natural skincare company built around the philosophy: “If you wouldn’t eat it, don’t wear it.” Using grass-fed beef tallow and food-grade ingredients, we’ve created 9 products with hundreds of thousands in sales. We have presence on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Role Overview
We are seeking a marketing co-founder with a growth hacker mindset. You’ll own marketing, growth, creative, and community-building. This role requires full commitment, entrepreneurial drive, and a passion for scaling brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute AI-powered marketing campaigns.
  • Create original content (video, static, copy) for TikTok, IG, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Build and manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Drive paid advertising across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Update and optimize Shopify website for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and SEO growth.
  • Refine Amazon listings for visibility and conversion.
  • Launch and grow TikTok Shop.
  • Build community engagement and customer referral loops.
  • Shape brand voice, campaigns, and product launches.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to grow a product, account, or brand.
  • Proven: You’ve grown a product from 0 → 100K+ users (independently or as a key driver).
  • Social-first mindset; loves content creation.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising, CRO, and SEO — with commitment to mastering them.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and results-driven.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing metrics.

Compensation
This is a co-founder role.

  • Equity starting at 10%, up to 30% with performance milestones.
  • Share in profits and proceeds of a future exit.
