Pay: - Pay varies by location<br><br><strong>Summary<br><br></strong>A Cashier with American Dining Creations will provide outstanding customer service while completing orders and processing payments. Organized, detail oriented, and experienced in properly processing cash, debit, credit, and other point-of-sale system transactions. Responsibilities include processing and packaging mobile food orders. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, friendly, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Operate POS to ring up orders quickly and accurately.</li><li>Receive payments including cash, debit, credit, mobile and other payments where applicable.</li><li>Balance POS system at beginning and end of each shift.</li><li>Menu knowledge, ability to provide recommendations and up sell when able.</li><li>Greet, assist, and provide friendly customer service to all guests.</li><li>During peak business times step in to support your team with preparation, catering and delivery. </li><li>Tasks may include clearing trash, restock product, clean, and maintain workstation and general area neatness.</li><li>May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Prior cashier and POS experience in retail or food service environment preferred.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple orders, work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Basic math skills and the ability to read, write and communicate effectively.</li><li>This position requires lifting 50lbs, bending, walking, climb stairs, and standing for scheduled shift.<br><br></li></ul><strong>About Us<br><br></strong>American Dining Creations is a division of American Food & Vending and one of the largest privately held hospitality service partners in the United States.<br><br>At American Dining Creations, we recognize that all corporate and education dining partners are unique.
