Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse environment, operational standards, and the condition of stored materials. Monitor zoning compliance, material quantities, facility efficiency, and potential instances of damage or interference. Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records.
  2. Oversee and optimize key operational processes, including inbound operations, sorting, mail dispatch, and online tracking of goods. Ensure compliance with service quality and timeliness requirements at every stage of the supply chain.
  3. Proactively address and resolve exceptions by visiting affected areas (e.g., logistics handover zones, sorting areas, last-mile distribution centers). Assess on-site situations, coordinate resources, and implement timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse operations, implement best practices, and ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in U.S. warehouse operations, including knowledge of compliance standards, operational workflows, material management, and staffing;
  2. Familiarity with the mailing standards and operational requirements of U.S. last-mile delivery companies;
  3. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation structure is designed to align with the cost of labor in various geographic markets across the US. The total salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $150,000 annually, based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, competencies and location.

As part of the compensation package, you may receive other benefits depending on the position. Detailed information will be provided during the interview process.
