We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping Houseperson (PM shift) to become an integral part of the hotel’s opening team. As a Houseperson, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the hotel’s public spaces and guest room floors. Your responsibilities will include supporting Guest Room Attendants by managing soiled linen and garbage disposal, restocking supplies, and handling special guest requests such as delivering rollaway beds, baby cribs, and other amenities. You will also be tasked with maintaining hallways and common areas to the highest standard, reporting maintenance needs, and completing routine cleaning and organizational projects as assigned. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, and a commitment to upholding Omni’s renowned standards for guest satisfaction. Flexibility in work schedule including the availability to work weekends and holidays is essential. Physical stamina is also required as the role involves extended periods of standing and walking, frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and lifting objects up to 30 pounds independently and heavier with assistance.   • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
