Job Overview
As a thriving third party Transportation and Logistics company in Memphis TN. We are seeking a dynamic sales representative who specializes in packaging materials. The ideal candidate must have a strong interest in sales and passtion for exceeding customers expectations. Must be motivated and sales driven. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance their experience with our products and services. This role involves prospecting for new clients and building relationships with existing customers. They will play a vital role in managing relationships with suppliers, ensuring inventory levels meet demands, and collaborating with the team.

Duties

  • Identifying and contacting potential customers and conducting sales calls.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, indentify trends, and develop effective sales strategies
  • Track sales results and provide accurate reports
  • Provide a high level of professionalism, meet and exceed sales expectations

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Proven experience in packaging sales
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to drive informed decision-makaing in sales strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80K-100K per year
