Job Title: Medical Products Production Supervisor

What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee daily medical product manufacturing operations.
  • Spot problems, fix them fast, and find better ways to run existing processes.
  • Train and develop team members while holding high standards.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and GMP requirements.
  • Push for efficiency, accuracy, and throughput—all without sacrificing quality.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–5 years of production management experience (medical device, pharma, or healthcare product preferred).
  • Strong regulatory knowledge and attention to detail.
