Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Duties

  • Utilize basic math skills to accurately count and track inventory levels.
  • Perform picking and packing of orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Load and unload products from trucks using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Assist in shipping and receiving processes, verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain an organized warehouse environment by properly storing products and managing inventory.
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software for tracking inventory movements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while performing all tasks.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with order fulfillment processes is advantageous.
  • Basic math skills are essential for inventory management tasks.
  • Experience with shipping and receiving procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all tasks performed.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain an efficient workflow within the warehouse.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
