The Visual Merchandiser is critical in ensuring we meet that goal, by implementing the visual merchandising strategy. This person creates appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store. This role reports directly to the Store Manager.

What your day will look like:

· Responsible for the overall presentation of the showroom

· Executes floor set changes including new and discontinued items

· Managers inventory to discourage overages and shortages

· Assists in fostering an energetic and positive working environment

· Listens to the customers’ needs and presents possible options

What will help you succeed:

· Possesses a strong sense of style and ability to create visually appealing displays

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and team members

· Track record of serving others and putting team goals first

· Owners’ mindset; takes ownership over everything within scope of responsibility

· Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems
