Position Summary...We are seeking a skilled Systems and Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in physical and virtualized systems administration and engineering, supporting multiple types of VMs and k8s environments. In this role, you will design, implement, maintain, and support the core infrastructure that powers our applications and services. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with a background in multiple systems environments, automation, security, and performance optimization.
What you'll do...
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
- Manage system performance, monitor resource utilization, and ensure high availability of critical services.
- Automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Perl).
- Maintain and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years of professional experience in a Systems Engineer role.
- Strong experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware) and/or containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with shell scripting and familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, VPNs).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
