Sr. Human Resources Generalist, Remote Job ID- 6630

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the business by working closely with leadership and employees to ensure a positive work environment and the effective implementation of HR programs. Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Proven ability to handle complex employee relations issues with discretion and sensitivity.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
