The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Conduct onboarding of new sales specialists
  • Develop a methodology for working with sales specialists
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions to enhance sales performance;
  • Identify gaps in sales performance and develop targeted training solutions;
  • Audit, monitor and provide critical and constructive feedback to the Sales Teams;
  • Develop new sales skills in the employees;
  • Provide regular feedback to the Management;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.
