Our Core values are the foundation for everything we do as an organization.<br><br><strong>Our Core Values Are<br><br></strong><ul><li>Grow Together</li><li>Seize Opportunity from Struggle</li><li>Outcome Over Ego</li><li>Commitment to Serve</li><li>Do The Right Thing <br><br></li></ul><strong>What Your Responsibilities Will Be As a Medical Assistant<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proper intake of the patient (history and chief complaint)</li><li>Documenting during the exam on our EMR system</li><li>Assisting with Medical Procedures such as removing sutures, administering local anesthetic, and applying patches for allergy testing and transcribing reaction strengths </li><li>Deliver patient education and documentation on disease, would care, medications, and pathology Reports and diagnosis. </li><li>Properly conducting Prior authorizations for medications/sending medications to pharmacy as prescribed by Provider </li><li>Schedule follow up appointments at the end of each exam </li><li>Responding timely to messages sent by patients to you or the team (24 hours) </li><li>Ensuring start of day/end of day tasks are completed </li><li>Completing all duties in accordance with HIPAA and other medical regulations </li><li>Other duties as assigned <br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><strong>What we look for:<br><br></strong><ul><li>EMR experience and fluent in a variety of software packages </li><li>Graduate of an approved school or at least 1 year of Clinical Medical Assistant experience </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Organization, punctuality, professionalism and a presentable, polished appearance </li><li>Eagerness to grow and learn with the company</li><li>The ability to work in a fast pace team environment and being able to adjust to different Provider’s styles and preferences </li><li>Dedication and compassion to patients and being able to deliver exceptional customer service </li><li>May be required to assist in local clinics if needed**</li><li>Salary range of $16.00-$21.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)**</li><li>We do not require Certification for our Medical Assistant’s**</li></ul>
