Responsibilities:
Position Purpose: The position is ideal for someone looking to gain exposure to client onboarding within a financial firm. During the internship the focus will be support associates, officers and managers in day to day tasks, data entry, organization, update, filing and general maintenance of the onboarding data.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter new customer data to the onboarding system
  • Update onboarding data for existing customers
  • Conduct Data reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
  • Conducting reach out for information to brokers or customers, including reporting of information to management
  • Documentation of onboarding procedures
  • Establish and maintain document control processes including version control and document tracking
  • Create and maintain onboarding forms and templates
  • Organize and update our onboarding SharePoint
  • Collaborate with the publication of onboarding procedures and policies in the public SharePoint

Available for a Month 2025 start date for a 10-week program
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
Must be authorized to work in the country the role is based.
