About the position

Responsibilities

  • Enter new customer data to the onboarding system
  • Update onboarding data for existing customers
  • Conduct Data reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
  • Conducting reach out for information to brokers or customers, including reporting of information to management
  • Documentation of onboarding procedures
  • Establish and maintain document control processes including version control and document tracking
  • Create and maintain onboarding forms and templates
  • Organize and update our onboarding SharePoint
  • Collaborate with the publication of onboarding procedures and policies in the public SharePoint

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
  • Sound verbal/written communication abilities
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Sense of urgency
  • Honesty, curiosity, and tenacity
  • Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2025 and May 2026 (entering penultimate year of university)
  • Available for a Month 2025 start date for a 10-week program
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
  • Must be authorized to work in the country the role is based.
