This position requires a highly experienced leader who is passionate about the Aviation industry and innovation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Aviation, along with demonstrable experience in developing and managing strategies to deliver revenue growth and operational excellence. We are looking for an individual who is able to lead the aviation team to success and drive customer satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you will possess:• A Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or a related field• At least 10 years of Aviation experience, including 8 years in a senior leadership role• Proven ability to work with stakeholders across different teams and departments• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• A strong background in financial management, risk management, and regulatory complianceIf you have a passion for Aviation and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you! Establish and maintain relationships with relevant industry professionals and organizations. Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of Aviation operations.
