About the Role

We are seeking motivated and personable Gun Show Representatives to represent Recover Tactical products at gun shows across your state. As an independent contractor, you will be the face of the brand on the ground—driving sales, building brand awareness, and forging customer relationships in the firearms community.

This role is ideal for someone with sales skills, firearms knowledge, and the ability to confidently engage with customers and industry partners in a fast-paced environment.

Please note: This job is not available for the following states CA, CT, DE, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Recover Tactical at gun shows in your state (set your own show schedule).
  • Set up and tear down booth and product displays.
  • Demonstrate products, answer customer questions, and drive sales.
  • Handle orders and transactions accurately.
  • Collect leads and build relationships.
  • Manage booth inventory and maintain professional product presentation.
  • Network with attendees to increase brand visibility and awareness.
  • Provide feedback to the company on customer insights, sales trends, and dealer opportunities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, professional appearance, and ability to work long event days.

Preferred:

  • Firearms industry knowledge and proven sales/people skills.
  • Concealed-carry license and/or current or former law enforcement experience.
  • Experience with customer service or sales in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $250 per show.
  • Commission: 12.5% of all sales generated.
  • Travel, lodging, and per diem expenses are the responsibility of the representative and should be factored into show selection and scheduling.
