<strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>Are you a commercially driven hospitality leader ready to shape a growing brand in one of the UK's top foodie counties?<br><br>Carriages is home to a collection of standout venues from Carriages Fine Dining Restaurant, The Sidings Cafe & Farm Shop, Tracks Pizza & Grill to The Express Cafe & Engine Shed (onsite catering for allpay Ltd staff).<br><br>We are looking for a General Manager to lead operations across all outlets, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a truly unique opportunity to take ownership of a diverse hospitality portfolio on a modern business park campus with excellent remuneration and benefit package.<br><br>As General Manager, some of your key duties will include:<br><br><ul><li>Overseeing daily operations across public-facing and corporate venues</li><li>Leading and developing high performing teams</li><li>Working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy and growth.</li><li>Managing budgets, supplier contracts and compliance</li><li>Championing brand development and customer satisfaction</li><li>Collaborate on event planning and outdoor space utilisation to enhance customer experience <br><br></li></ul><strong>About You<br><br></strong>What we are looking for:<br><br><ul><li>Diploma or equivalent qualifications/ experience in Hospitality, Catering or Business Management.</li><li>Proven experience in hospitality management across multiple outlets, preferred would also be in hotel management and leisure & tourism.</li><li>Proven effective leadership, communication and customer service abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with EPOS systems and industry trends.</li><li>Proven strategic decision making.</li><li>Commercially astute with effective financial acumen with proven experience in budget management.</li><li>Highly organised, resilient, and adaptable with the ability to multitask.</li><li>Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.</li><li>Calm under pressure and solution-focused to achieve targets and goals.</li><li>Proven negotiation skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple outlets simultaneously. </li><li>To be proactive, hands on with high standards.<br><br></li></ul>If you are dynamic, switched-on, and ready to make your mark, we want to hear from you.<br><br><strong>About Us<br><br></strong>Carriages is part of allpay Ltd.
