Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team in Hamburg, PA. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in scheduling within an office setting and possess strong clerical and customer service skills. This is an on-site position that requires excellent time management, multitasking abilities, and a team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and coordinate schedules for clients and staff

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth scheduling operations

  • Utilize technology and scheduling software efficiently

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner

  • Perform various clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in scheduling and working in an office environment

  • Proficient in typing and computer use (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.)

  • Strong clerical, organizational, and administrative skills

  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
