  • The Events Marketing team is part of Stripe’s broader Americas Marketing organization and plays a crucial role in building Stripe’s presence across industry segments. We strengthen relationships with our customers, partners, and prospects through impactful experiences. In this role, you will join our Events team, responsible for third-party and Stripe-hosted events across the Americas, focusing on segment-aligned and industry-targeted programming. Our team collaborates cross-functionally with field marketing, industry go-to-market (GTM), sales, partner marketing, and communications teams.
  • As the AMER Events Marketing Manager, Industry, you will oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and performance of events supporting Stripe’s industry GTM and field marketing initiatives across the Americas. You will create experiences that elevate the Stripe brand, drive pipeline, and support revenue growth through engaging executive and practitioner-level interactions. You\'ll work closely with industry field marketing and sales stakeholders to align event strategies with business goals, ensuring every event delivers a high-quality Stripe experience.
  • You will report to the Head of Events for the Americas and partner closely with the Head of GTM Industries and the Americas Industry Field Marketing Lead. Expect to drive programs across multiple industries—such as retail, financial services, insurance, public sector, and healthcare—leading both third-party and Stripe-hosted events that shape Stripe’s presence in key markets through tailored regional strategies.
  • Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end execution of third-party sponsorships and Stripe-hosted events aligned with industry go-to-market priorities across the Americas.
  • Develop strategic event plans that align with business objectives, including pipeline generation, account engagement, and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with field marketing, sales, and GTM industry leads to identify the optimal mix of experiences to meet our segment goals.
  • Manage agency partners and internal resources to deliver seamless, high-impact events.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize event performance using data, stakeholder feedback, and field insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including creative, brand, communications, and partner marketing to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned experiences.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Stripe’s industry narratives to ensure consistent positioning and messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Minimum requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing.
  • Proven success in executing field and third-party events tied to sales and demand generation outcomes.
  • Strong program management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and external partners.
  • Experience in building and managing event budgets and timelines across multiple concurrent programs.
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise technology, particularly with industry-aligned or vertical GTM teams.
  • Knowledge of Stripe’s industry segments (e.g., Retail, Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Sector).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • A creative problem-solver who can think strategically and execute tactically.
