Responsibilities:

An individual is expected to perform their obligations and tasks, with or without accommodation.

  • Streamlining the process of selecting and receiving incoming inventory to efficiently fulfill store requests.
  • Warehouse staff follows specific product handling procedures to relocate merchandise.
  • Systematically loads and arranges items to be shipped, planning their placement ahead of time, and also unloads deliveries from trucks or back-hauls.
  • Performs cleaning activities to keep the warehouse facilities clean and to prevent safety hazards, taking necessary precautions to prevent accidents and slips.
  • Adheres to protocol by conducting inventory counts of warehouse items.
  • By maintaining consistent communication and information sharing, this individual is able to work collaboratively with their peers, suppliers, and warehouse leaders.
  • Offers constructive criticism and advice for optimizing warehouse operations.
  • Assesses products, confers with warehouse executives on commodity quality, safety apprehensions, and sanitation matters.
