About the position

The Airline Passenger Assistant, also known as the Wheelchair Agent, is responsible for providing essential support to airline passengers who require wheelchair assistance. This role emphasizes customer service and safety, ensuring a positive experience for passengers while fulfilling airline service obligations. The position is suitable for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce, with no prior experience required, as on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers
