Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential areas for improvement and make recommendations. Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements and provide tailored AIOps and FinOps solutions. Develop and deliver training and educational materials on AIOps and FinOps to internal teams and clients. Participate in meetings and presentations to showcase AIOps and FinOps solutions and capabilities to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AIOps and FinOps solutions with other systems. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent IBM as a trusted advisor to clients.
