Supervisor of Inflight Reliability and Support

United Airlines is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor of Inflight Reliability and Support to lead and manage the operational reliability and support functions for our world-class inflight service team. This role ensures that our inflight operations meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and passenger satisfaction. The Supervisor will work closely with cross-functional teams, lead efforts to enhance the inflight experience, and drive process improvements, all while embodying the company commitment to excellence in customer service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Supervise daily inflight operations to ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and service standards.
  • Reliability Management: Monitor and analyze inflight reliability metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to inflight crew members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Incident Resolution: Respond to and resolve operational issues or customer concerns related to inflight services in a timely and effective manner.
